The Morocco Desert Challenge is one of the biggest rally raid events in the world, by number of entrants alone it’s now the second biggest in the calendar! It features 8 days racing across Morocco, starting on the coast in the south-west of the country, heading further south into the depths of the Sahara, before the rally starts it journey north in search of famous dunes of Erg Chebbi and Erg Chigaga. After a challenging few days here, the rally once again heads north for it’s final few stages up over the Atlas Mountains, before finishing on the northern coast, in Saidia.

Desert Rose Racing have been attending the Morocco Desert Challenge, and its sister event, the Tunisia Desert Challenge, for many years now, it’s one of the best desert events in the calendar, has a great organisation and always promises some of the best riding that Morocco has to offer. It is a genuine challenge for all, and often results in riders experiencing some of the most difficult stages in their career.
