2024 saw the Desert Rose team create the Morocco 1500, a seven day raid event, with the aim of showcasing the incredible variety of riding that Morocco has to offer, taking in some of the best trails, scenery and experiences along the way. We took nearly 50 riders with us in '24, and for 2025 the event is back with an all new route, starting in Fes and finishing in Marrakech. The Trail edition is primarily an off road route, showing you the magic of Morocco, a long way from the road.
Morocco has long been the location of adventures, overland travellers and motorcyclists
that are looking for something more than Europe can offer them, ending up on many
two-wheeled travellers bucket list. For Desert Rose, over the last 20+ years, it has
become somewhat a home from home, whether due to being part of the original
‘Paris-Dakar’ route, or due to the many events, training boot camps, and tours that we
have run through this incredible country.
The 2025 Morocco 1500 (Trail Edition) is our own, 7 day, 1500 km, off road riding
adventure through the best that Morocco has to offer. Starting in Fes, Morocco’s oldest
city, and finishing in Marrakech, you’ll be crossing high mountain passes, riding through
incredible valleys and gorges, through historic regions, in the shadows of sand dunes
and across incredible desert landscapes during the day. This is an all new route for 2025!
Of an evening, you will be staying in high quality accommodation and eating some
fantastic food, making each day one that you’ll struggle to forget, both on and off the
bike…
