Desert Rose Racing first started supporting the Illyria Raid back in 2016, it was one of the first non-competitive events to make it into our calendar, and was the first raid to feature the concept of crossing multiple countries within 7 days of riding. Over the last 7 years it has grown into one of the most popular events In our calendar!

Attracting both existing and experienced rally customers, as well as those that are new to the sport. It also draws in riders that are keen to practice their roadbook skills in an international event without the pressure of competition, but the majority are those that just want to experience an incredible weeks riding regardless of their experience or future goals. It is also the event that possibly draws back most customers year after year, due to the organisation making changes to the route each year, it ensures that you’ll always have a different experience, with new routes and fresh trails!

One thing that the Illyria Raid guarantees is variety, not only in the amount of countries crossed, but also in the sheer variety of terrain that you’ll cross, from high altitude mountain passes, to reaching along beaches and everything in between, the Illyria Raid will provide an adventure that you’re unlikely to forget!
